【Responsibilities】
•Build a yearly budget and implement the work to respect it / achieve it or to exceed it,
•Propose improvement , marketing, research tool etc… to improve our offer,
•Feed-back the structure with market intel on existing portfolio (price level, competition etc) and collect new potential molecules
•Promote product list but also Crams business
•Pharma is a key market but looking in non pharma high value business is required (electronics, cosmetics, specific high value specialty material)
•Process to a regular reporting of the activity and follow up of the yearly budget
•Able to work transversely with market intel, multi cultural environment, multicompetence environment (technical, commercial..)
•Organize several times a year visits to customers when management (Sales director, CBO ) are coming to Japan
•Able to manage long term sales and be a technical credible relay of the Indian structure , in Japan
