Drive business and technology solutions in terms of large transformation programs
Lead CRM side integration and interfaces architecture for CRM implementation and enhancements
Solution Consultant for Veeva CRM platform support and maintenance
Define life Sciences CRM business processes, integration flows and configuration set-ups
Develop an in-depth understanding of the product and underlying data assets and models
Understand business requirements and convert them into functional and non-functional requirements
Strong customer management experience (presentations, consulting, functional solutions, emerging trends, key business drivers, etc.)
Enable mentoring and training on CRM platform and functional area
Preferred Life Science Domain Experience
Should have excellent communication, analytical and debugging skills
Manage development projects, resources, and customer expectations/relationships
