• Develop contacts and build relationships with new customers in the newly target segments, especially for xEV area
• Identify and acquire projects for business growth
• Bringing in the right support resources for a successful execution of the projects and commercialize them
• Support to define and execute auto OEM account plan to build trust-based relationship with Japanese auto OEMs and to translate the insight into tangible projects, collaborating with our direct customers
• Collect market information, market trends and emerging needs within the target segment and region to contribute to localized VP development
