・ロシュ及びパートナー企業との創薬技術導出入・提携における契約交渉（契約立案、交渉、締結）のリード
・中外技術導出における候補先の提携探索、デューデリジェンス活動
・技術導出入のパートナー企業（ロシュ及び第三者）との契約に基づいたアライアンスマネジメント
・重要な契約締結に関する経営層へのプレゼンテーション
・ネットワーキング活動
Job Description
・Leading transaction activities (drafting, negotiating and concluding technology agreements) for in- ＆ out-lincensing/collaborations of drug discovery technologies with Roche and partner companies
・Leading search & evaluation and due diligence activities with potential partner(s) for out-lincensing of Chugai technologies
・Contract-based alliance management for technology partnering with partners (Roche and partner companies)
・Delivering presentations to senior management on important contract execution
・Networking activities
