Job Summary
The Global Supply Chain Direct Spend Category Management team at Entegris is an integral function charged with enabling Entegris’ global supplier category plans and business growth objectives, while satisfying some of the world’s largest and most demanding semiconductor customers.
We are currently seeking a dynamic Commodity Manager for Direct Category Management based in Japan to join our team. In this global role, you will report directly to the Snr Manager, Japan Direct Procurement, and your primary responsibilities is to manage assigned Entegris’ Commodities and suppliers in Japan, to the level required to satisfy Entegris business needs. You will also be working with other Commodity Team members globally to enable synergy in actions and excellence in procurement practices.
If you are someone who thrives in managing commodities to enable continuity of supply and commercial optimization, developing and executing commodity strategies, building and managing supplier’s relationship among other Key Performance Indices in the dynamic semiconductor market, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly motivated team.
You must be able to source, develop and manage Suppliers and assigned commodities to achieve cost optimization, continuity of supply, build commodity strategies and relationships with the suppliers. You will also participate in New Product Introductions programs as well as interfacing and develop relationships with high level executives as well as internal stakeholders.
