■募集背景：弊社のお客様において海外関連の需要が年々⾼まっています。この状況に応えるため、海外のグループ⼦会社（インド）に⾃
社の開発拠点となるキャプティブセンター(※1)を設⽴し、キャプティブセンターを活⽤したオフショア開発を拡⼤するための推進部⾨を
新たに設置する事になりました。本推進部⾨は当社のオフショア開発戦略を⽴案、デジタルマーケ及びフィールドセールス部隊と連携し
た営業活動、海外のグループ⼦会社デリバリー部⾨と連携を担う新組織となります。本ポジションはその中核メンバーとして、技術‧品質
管理担当を募集します。また、将来的には本事業責任者のポジションを担っていただく事も想定しています。
※1.キャプティブセンター（Captive Center）とは、企業が⾃社のために設⽴する専⽤の開発拠点
Background of Recruitment:The demand for overseas-related services among our clients has been increasing year by year. To respond to this
trend, we have established a Captive Center in our overseas group subsidiary in India as our dedicated development base. In addition, we
are setting up a new division to promote the expansion of offshore development utilizing this Captive Center. This promotion division will be
responsible for formulating our offshore development strategy, coordinating sales activities in collaboration with our digital marketing and
field sales teams, and working with the delivery departments of our overseas group subsidiaries. We are recruiting a technical and quality
management professional as a core member of this new organization. In the future, we envision this individual taking on the role of business
leader for this operation.
Note: A Captive Center refers to a dedicated development base established by a company exclusively for its own operations.

‧Requesting work from offshore partners
‧Creating design specifications for offshore projects
‧Explaining projects and developments to offshore teams
‧Conducting quality checks on deliverables
‧Progress management and reporting
‧Supporting communication with offshore teams
