•Identify and implement process, structural, and talent improvements within IT channel distribution to build a sustainable business.
Key Responsibilities
•Enhance operational efficiency to better support channel partners.
•Identify and implement structural, process, and people improvements within IT channel distribution to build a sustainable business.
•Manage the interface between the company and distributors, including deal registration and recommending pricing structures or discounts.
•Identify and onboard new resellers, overseeing the full onboarding process.
•Directly manage and sell through distributors to drive business growth.
•Collaborate with distributors to plan and execute demand generation and marketing initiatives for partners.
