Key Responsibilities
• As a technical expert, provide clients with architecture design, implementation, and optimization recommendations for Microsoft Intune.
• Analyze clients' existing identity and security systems and develop optimization plans based on Microsoft technology stacks
• Design and implement Exchange migration plans (on-premises to cloud, hybrid deployment)
• Provide second-line/third-line support at the manufacturer level to quickly resolve complex technical issues
• Provide training and best practice guidance to client IT teams
• Collaborate closely with Microsoft's local Japanese team, global support team, and partners to ensure high-quality project delivery
• Continuously track technical updates in the Microsoft security field and provide clients with forward-looking recommendations
