■Short Intro and About the Job (Primary)
As an Assistant Brand Manager at BIO brand team, you play a pivotal role in supporting the Marketing Manager in executing brand strategies that drive growth and market share. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful management of our brand portfolio.
•Analyze Key Data: Examine critical data to identify and leverage consumer-insight-driven trends in the current market.
•Understand Performance Drivers: Ensure a clear understanding of the factors that drive and inhibit brand performance.
•Identify Opportunities: Proactively and continuously identify gaps and new opportunities to enhance the portfolio and activation through a comprehensive understanding of consumers, competitors, and trade dynamics.
•Product Range Development: Enhance the existing product range through maintenance and renovation of base products, and introduce relevant new products and concepts.
•Innovative Launch Plans: Develop breakthrough launch plans for brand innovation, creating compelling activation strategies to drive trials of new products, especially in the digital field.
•Execution and Adaptation: Ensure strong execution of the agreed support plan and recommend necessary amendments to drive stronger performance, including in-store POS/activations.

■About You (Primary)
•Possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Marketing, Business Management or Communications background preferred)
•Role: Provide critical assistance and take a lead role in project management, ensuring the efficient execution of brand initiatives and product launches.
•Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
•Planning and Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of new product launches, including coordinating the introduction of multiple SKUs.
•Contribution: Learn and contribute to fast-paced launch schedules.
•Support: Assist the Marketing Manager in overseeing the brand holistically.
•Contribution: Contribute to core SKU renovation, maintenance, and the introduction of limited-edition products.
•Experience: 2-5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry.
•Responsibility: Include responsibility for a portion of the brand P&L.
•Japanese: Utilize native-level Japanese language skills for effective communication with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
•English: Contribute to business-level written and spoken communication in English as needed.
•Passion to Win: Demonstrate a strong drive to define and exceed objectives and outputs.
•Entrepreneurial Mindset: Exhibit a self-starter attitude, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Creativity and Risk-Taking: Possess a creative mind and be open to taking risks and trying new things.
