【Mission of this role】
・受注から発注、輸送、在庫管理、納入までのトータルサプライチェーン業務の最適管理（受発注と納期管理がメイン）
・顧客納入率100%の達成
・戦略的な最小在庫のコントロール
・輸送コストの低減と特別輸送の回避
・Optimization for total supply chain management from receiving order from customer, PO release, delivery and stock management
・Achieve 100% delivery ratio to our customers
・Control minimum inventory strategically
・Reduce freight cost and achieve zero premium freight
【Specific Responsibilities】
・自動車メーカー等からの納入オーダーの受注
・海外工場への注文書発注の発行
・輸送手配、在庫、及び納入管理など
・ERP/EDI等を含むITツールを活用したLogistics一連業務の遂行
・KPIベースの在庫削減、輸送費管理、納期遅延の未然防止活動。
・海外工場や顧客などとの会議出席、出張、社内への展開、報告。
・輸送業者及び、倉庫業者の管理及び評価。
・年次の倉庫業者のデポ監査、現地での棚卸の実施。
・法令を順守した輸出入業務の遂行、及び関連書類の管理。
・他部門との連携、請求書処理、月次処理、問題発生時の緊急対応。
・Logistics業務のKaizen活動
・その他社内外認証、監査などについての部門サポート業務。（IATF16949など）
Manage and proceed Logistics related work such as receive ordering from customers, release POs to our overseas factory, delivery arrangement, stock management with using IT tool such as ERP/EDI etc.
Manage inventory level, freight cost by defined KPI and avoid delivery shortage
Attend related meetings with overseas plants and customers, require business trips and reports
Control and evaluate forwarder and warehouse company
Warehouse audit and proceed stock taking on site in annual
Control export business in compliance with regulations and manage of related documents
Cooperate with other departments and manage monthly end closing work
Kaizen activity for Logistics work related
Support for internal and external audit such as IATF16949
