【Position Summary】
This role is responsible for providing technical support and solutions for Power and Thermal Management systems in Japan. The position works closely with sales, channel partners, and clients to ensure optimal design, application, and implementation of data center infrastructure solutions.

【Key Responsibilities】
-Provide engineering support and technical guidance to sales teams and partners for product application and selection.
-Develop technical proposals, design drawings, and presentations for projects.
- Generate Bill of Quantities and technical specifications for proposed designs.
- Lead engineering and installation design for Power (UPS, electrical distribution) and Thermal Management (HVAC) systems.
- Configure products and FAT, and submit SFA/ETO requests as required.
- Support marketing initiatives and local events to enable customers, partners, and consultants.
- Deliver product training (new or refresher) to sales and partner teams.
- Assist specific consultants, contractors, and end users to support bids and account management.
- Collaborate with the regional product team on Go-To-Market programs, New Product Development and Introduction (NPDI) programs, and product training initiatives.

応募資格 Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines
•Strong technical and application knowledge of Power and Thermal Management systems
•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data center facilities, product sales, and marketing
•Experience in data center design is preferred
•Ability to quickly learn and stay updated on industry trends and strategic developments
•Strong communication, teamwork, and presentation skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders
