【Position Summary】
This role provides field service support for Power and Thermal Management systems in Japan, ensuring optimal performance for data center and critical infrastructure solutions. The position involves working closely with clients, cross-functional teams, and partners to deliver high-quality technical services.
【Key Responsibilities】
•Perform Testing & Commissioning, Preventive Maintenance, and Time & Material activities for power (AC UPS, DC Rectifier, PDU, STS, batteries) and thermal products (CRAC, HVAC, AHU, chiller systems).
•Respond to emergency service calls during 24x7 standby duty, including weekends and holidays.
•Participate in field troubleshooting with technical support teams, fellow engineers, and third-party vendors.
•Ensure compliance with OH&S and safety standards, using proper PPE, tools, and calibrated instruments.
•Prepare technical documentation: Method of Statement, Risk Assessment, Site Acceptance Test procedures, Incident Reports, and debriefs.
•Support project planning and scheduling in collaboration with project management teams.
•Maintain strong client relationships, provide training, and ensure customer satisfaction.
