【Country Manager – Japan】
We are seeking a Country Manager to lead business growth, develop strategic sales plans, and drive revenue in the Japanese market. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, manage key client relationships, analyze market trends, and ensure successful execution of contracts to achieve both quarterly and annual targets. This position reports to the VP of International Sales at our U.S. headquarters and is based in Japan.

【Key Responsibilities】
- Analyze and understand the business objectives, goals, and challenges of prospective clients in the territory.
- Clearly articulate value propositions and recommendations to senior leadership within partner organizations.
- Lead the onboarding and implementation of new partners to ensure timely realization of revenue.
- Develop and execute a regional business plan to build a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Drive sales initiatives, including campaigns, events, and strategic programs, to maximize market impact.
- Own accountability for achieving sales and revenue targets within the assigned territory.

応募資格 -Experience in driving sales and business development initiatives on e-commerce platforms (i.e. Amazon, Rakuten, Mercari etc.) in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Proven track record as a sales executive, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to drive the full sales cycle from strategy to close
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills across all organizational levels, including executives
- Experience leading sales teams, developing client-focused and differentiated solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to represent the company in a polished and professional manner to existing and potential clients
- Fluent in professional English (spoken and written)
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and discipline
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally
