役割：
• 品質エンジニアリング（QE）の役割は、ダイナミックかつ多機能です。QEは、顧客、Entegris、サプライヤーの各組織内の複数のレベルおよび複数の窓口と連携します。この役割は、影響力、成果、可視性が高く、冷静かつ積極的な態度と、絶えず変化する複数の優先事項を管理する能力が求められます。この役割において、成功のためには、PACEバリューコンピテンシーが常に求められます。顧客、FAE、営業、工場／製品／サプライチェーン／品質チームと、指示に従って連携します。
この役割では、以下の業務を担当します。
• QEポリシー文書、Entegrisのビジネスプロセス、アカウント固有のサポートプランで定義され、QEマネジメントの主導の下、QEの責任を遂行します。
• 問題解決、変更管理、顧客文書のレビュー、NPIプロセス管理と内部監査に関するVOC、プロジェクト開発、製品サポートおよび開発プログラム、そしてEntegrisと顧客の目標に沿ったその他多くの部門横断的なタスクやプロジェクトにおいて、顧客および社内チームと様々なレベルで関わります。
• お客様とのEntegrisの成功を促進するために設立されたグローバルチームの一員となります。
• 幅広い製品、地域、企業（顧客およびサプライヤー）にわたる、様々なレベルおよび複雑性の部門横断的なチームと連携します。
• 計画、実行、規律、学習、リーダーシップ、チームワークにおいて卓越した能力を発揮します（EntegrisのPACEバリューを体現します）。
• ビジネスプロセス文書、アイテム追跡、パフォーマンスレポート、継続的改善プロジェクト管理など、様々な文書作成要件をサポートします。

The Role:
•The Quality Engineering (QE) role is dynamic and cross-functional. QE’s interact at multiple levels and with multiple contact points within the Customer, Entegris and Supplier organizations. This role is high impact, high output and high visibility that requires a calm-assertive demeanor and capability to manage multiple ever-changing priorities. Within this role, the PACE value competencies are regularly required for success: Engage as guided with customers, FAE, sales and factory/product/supply chain/quality teams..
In this role you will:
•Execute QE responsibilities as defined by the QE Policy documents, Entegris business processes, account specific support plan and as led by QE management.
•Participate in varying levels of engagement with customers and company teams on Problem Solving, Change Management, Customer’s Document reviewing, VOC for NPI process managing and Internal Audits, Project Development, Product Support and Development Programs as well as many other cross-functional tasks and projects that are aligned with Entegris and Customer goals.
•Be part of a global team that is designed to improve success of Entegris with our customers.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams at varying levels and varying degrees of complexity across a vast range of products, regions and companies. (customers and suppliers).
•Demonstrate excellence in planning, execution, discipline, learning, leadership, and teamwork (exemplify Entegris PACE values)
•Provide support for various documentation expectations such as business process documents, item tracking, performance reporting and continuous improvement project management.
