Accountabilities – Key Result Areas
•Work closely with Brand Director in completing the whole process of the development from themes and concept, presentation of styling, sketches, fitting session until pre-production sample
•Research of seasonal themes, fabrications and material and colors etc.
•Work closely with merchandising and factories to facilitate development processes and schedules from product development, sourcing of fabrics and trims, sample fitting, etc.
•Responsible for seasonal design presentations to buyers and frontline operations

・ブランドディレクターと密接に連携し、テーマやコンセプトの立案からスタイリングの提案、スケッチ作成、フィッティングセッション、量産前サンプルの完成まで、開発プロセス全体を担当
・シーズンテーマ、素材、カラーなどのリサーチ
・商品開発、素材・付属品の調達、サンプルのフィッティングなど、マーチャンダイジング部門や工場と連携し、開発プロセスとスケジュールを円滑に進行
・シーズンごとのデザインプレゼンテーションをバイヤーや店舗スタッフに対して実施
