【Position Overview】
We are seeking a technically skilled professional to support our Data Solution team, focusing on Cooling Solutions, including RDC, Inrow, Inrack, DLC cabinets, and iPDU. This role bridges technical expertise and sales support, helping secure engineered projects and managing them from prototype through serial production.
【Key Responsibilities】
Sales & Technical Support
Support regional and global sales with technical expertise for customized projects.
Assist in customer visits, presentations, and technical discussions.
Evaluate RFQs, create technical and commercial quotes, and support price negotiations.
Ensure projects meet operational and financial targets.
Provide online technical support and contribute to digital tools for selection, quoting, and ordering.
Project Management
Manage projects from prototype to serial production.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain schedules and resolve issues.
Develop project plans with engineering, supply, and operations teams.
Foster collaboration and problem-solving within the project team.
