【About the Job】

In this role, you will lead and execute the go-to-market strategy for a global cloud provider’s cybersecurity solutions in Japan. You will bring deep understanding of the local market to build, scale, and manage the cybersecurity business, working closely with internal sales organizations and key stakeholders.

You will be responsible for the overall success of the cybersecurity business in Japan, including strategy development, forecasting, team leadership, and ecosystem engagement. The role requires strong commercial acumen, leadership capability, and the ability to drive growth in a complex enterprise environment.

The organization delivers enterprise-grade cloud and security solutions that enable customers to accelerate digital transformation, enhance security posture, and address critical business challenges across industries.

【Responsibilities】

Develop and execute the overall cybersecurity business strategy for Japan, aligned with global and regional objectives.

Lead, recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing team of cybersecurity business professionals through coaching, mentorship, and performance management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including cloud sales teams and leadership in Japan, to drive collaboration and maximize business outcomes.

Drive business growth and market share for cloud-based cybersecurity solutions in the Japan market, while accurately forecasting pipeline and revenue and providing regular updates to senior leadership.

Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships and alliances within the Japan cybersecurity ecosystem.

Represent the cybersecurity business at industry events and conferences, contributing to thought leadership and market awareness.

応募資格 Minimum qualifications:
●Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
●12 years of experience in a sales role in the enterprise software, cloud or cybersecurity space.
●Experience in identifying cybersecurity use cases to solve customer issues or selling cybersecurity technology to clients.
●Experience in leadership within a quota-carrying team, such as people management, team lead, mentorship or coaching.
学歴 ●Bachelor's degree or above.
