取扱製品：Vespel®（エンジニアリングプラスチック）
主な職務：
1.IATF16949（自動車）およびAS9100（航空宇宙）規格に基づくQMSを維持・改善する。
2.スクラップ削減の実行を含む継続的改善を実施する。
3.国内の契約メーカーが提供する製品品質を管理・制御する。
4.顧客からの苦情／社内品質インシデントの解決を促進する。
5.顧客監査に参加する。
6.監査員としてサプライヤー監査を実施する。
7.海外にあるVespel®姉妹拠点間で品質関連情報を交換する。

Job Description:
Contribute to DuPont Vespel® business in terms of improving customer satisfaction and performance as Quality Engineer at Utsunomiya plant. Utsunomiya Vespel® plant supplies products to customers in APAC region in wide variety of markets such as in Automotive, Aerospace, Electronics incl. Semi-Conductor, etc. Maintaining QMS based on ISO9001, IATF16949 (Automotive) and AS9100 (Aerospace) while satisfying customer requirements and expectation would be one of the key responsibilities as Quality Engineer at the plant. Lead and facilitate quality related and cross-functional activities such as problem solving and continuous improvement will be also expectable role.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Maintain and improve QMS based on IATF16949 (Automotive) and AS9100 (Aerospace) standards.
2.Continuous improvement incl. executing scrap reduction.
3.Management/control product quality provided by domestic contract manufacturers.
4.Facilitate to solve customer complaints/internal quality incidents.
5.Participate in customer audits.
6.Conduct supplier audits as auditor.
7.Exchange quality related information among Vespel® sister sites located in overseas.
