The Industries team is committed to helping customers enable their digital transformation journeys. Our primary goal is to meet customers where they are on their cloud journeys and work backwards from their industry-specific needs to transform their businesses and industries. The team focuses on business outcomes and industry use cases on behalf of customers, whether that is in product and solution development, sales, delivery, or partnerships.
We are seeking a professional to manage global customer relationships with systemically important financial institutions, based in Tokyo, with global coverage responsibilities.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing global business leadership and managing core account teams. You will build and maintain key relationships, develop and manage opportunities, monitor deployment projects, and engage virtual resources globally. The role will execute the executive relationship strategy, including engaging senior leadership for executive sponsorship, coordinating executive business reviews, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- This role includes line management responsibility.
- Team with the customer’s board, IT, AI, data, digital, and cloud leaders to build strategic relationships globally. Articulate a clear vision and generate enthusiasm while impacting all business groups. Work at the most strategic level within the customer and implement a broad strategy to drive adoption, acceptance, and service implementation.
- Work with all appropriate internal and external resources (Executives, Solution Architects, Business Development, Marketing, Partners, Support, Service teams, and Professional Services) to support customer interests.
- Develop formal case studies and other reference materials highlighting activity, use cases, and workloads running on the platform is a core part of the role.
