300名規模のセンター(CAD使用)におけるProduction Manager(課長クラス)ポジションとなります。
50名にProduction Managerがつき、進捗管理など実務以外にも社員のモチベーション管理、
メンバーサポート行っていきます。

・メンバーのモチベーション管理
・業務改善

This position is fully responsible for leading a team of production technicians
administratively and technically. Seeks the participation and support of other
departments within the company.
Role expectations
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for the daily activities and performance of team;
• Determine daily staffing and work schedule for technicians
• Set goal & objective for technicians, routinely review performance (quality, productivity, lead-time, cost, etc.) of the team and direct areas of continuous
improvement
• Provide performance feedback to team members, and suggest remediation when performance issues arise
• A portion of time is normally spent performing duties of technicians
• Maintain process, technology, and systems expertise to ensure proficiency and ability to coach and train others
• Follow all established company policies and procedures
• Apply and enforce established guidelines and working procedures of the corresponding operation.
• Suggest changes and enhancements of established guidelines
• Train, coach, and mentor technicians to learn and improve their capability to erform all required duties
• Support projects and improvement efforts
• Ensure good operating condition and use of the assets under their responsibility.
Additional responsibilities:
• Ensure occupational safety and health of employees in charge. Report all
unsafe supervisor or human resources department conditions.
• Participate proactively in solving problems and team efforts to fulfill the
objectives.
• Search for motivation within the team and foster a positive working
environment.
• Develop reports to follow up on the required metrics.
• To promote teamwork.
• Perform other duties assigned to them.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Direct the team in terms of discipline, order and good compliance with
treatment protocols and policies of the company.
• Training and communicating to your team members on new methods and
arrangements made by the Staff.
