【Key Responsibilities】
As an Applied Science Manager, you will partner closely with technology and business stakeholders to build cutting-edge generative AI solutions that deliver measurable customer value. You will lead and manage a team of data scientists, research scientists, applied scientists, deep learning architects, and machine learning engineers to design, build, and deploy state-of-the-art generative AI models and pipelines.
Your team will work with large-scale datasets—including text, images, and multimodal data—to solve real-world business and mission-critical problems.
The role requires a balance of deep technical expertise and strong customer-facing capabilities. You will act as a senior technical leader, engaging directly with enterprise customers and solution partners, driving discussions with senior technical and executive stakeholders, and providing technical direction and mentorship to internal teams.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strategic thinking across business, product, and technical domains and excels as a people manager—capable of hiring, developing, and retaining top-tier technical talent.
