・この担当者はサイト管理チームの一員として機能し、すべての部門マネージャーと協力して潜在的な EHS 問題を特定、防止、解決します。
・このポジションは米沢工場にあります。
【仕事内容】
・国および地域の環境、健康、安全規制への準拠を維持する
・インテグリスの企業 EHS 要件の実装と検証を主導する
・EHS関連の規定とコンプライアンスに関する支援をサイト管理チームに提供し、規制およびインテグリスのコーポレートEHS要件へのコンプライアンスを確保する
・EHSの能力運用とプログラムの継続的な改善を積極的に推進する
・組織のEHS文化、認識、説明責任の改善を推進する
・インシデント/事故調査を実施し、是正および予防措置計画を策定する
・現場の従業員のEHSトレーニングを組織し、EHS監査を主導し、EHS記録を維持する
・この役割は、国内EHSシニアマネージャーに直属し、その下に 2 人の直属の部下がいます。

The Role:
•This role is responsible for implementing and continuously improving EHS systems and programs at Japan-Yonezawa plant to achieve full compliance with all applicable regulations and Entegris Corporate EHS requirements.
•This individual will function as part of site management team to work collaboratively with all department manager to identify, prevent and resolve potential EHS issues.
•This position is located at Yonezawa.
In this role you will:
•Maintain compliance with national and local environmental, health and safety regulations.
•Lead the implementation and validation of Entegris Corporate EHS requirements
•Provide EHS guidance and compliance support to site management team to ensure compliance with regulatory & Entegris Corporate EHS requirements.
•Proactively drive continuous improvement in EHS performance and programs.
•Drive improvements in organizational EHS culture, awareness, and accountability.
•Conduct incident / accident investigations and develop corrective and preventative action plans.
•Organize site employee EHS training, lead EHS audits, and maintain EHS records.
•This role report directly to Local EHS Senior Manager and had 2 direct reports under.
