■Job Description
(a) Data Scientist
The Data Scientist will be responsible for the following series of tasks in collaboration with business units and engineers.
Define data issues: Work with the business to gain a deep understanding of business processes and define issues that need to be solved by data science.
Design and development of analysis and models: Select appropriate approaches such as statistical analysis, machine learning, and mathematical optimization, and design, implement, and verify highly accurate and business-useful models. We also collect and preprocess data as needed.
Implementation of results: Based on the results obtained through our expertise in data science, we make proposals for business improvement to the relevant parties, and lead them to implementation and results generation. In addition, the model is implemented into the business system and the results of data science are established in the business process.
(b) Data Scientist (Leader position)
In addition to being involved in the duties of (a) above as a playing manager, the leader will also be responsible for team building, management, and member development of the data analysis organization, aiming to maximize the results of the entire team.
(c) Project Manager (AI/Data Science domain)
In the AI/Data Science project, you will be responsible for project management to lead and promote the process described in (a) above. Specifically, you will be responsible for defining data issues, planning and procurement, defining business requirements, defining system requirements, progress management, and risk management, while strongly promoting company-wide business transformation using data science.
