■Position Overview/Job Description (職務概要)
法務コンプライアンス部次長候補として、主に国際法務業務を担当頂きます。
◇各種契約書の作成（リーガルチェック含） ※海外パートナー企業等との契約書作成もございます。
◇コンプライアンス・ガバナンス関連 ◇国際法務（M&A、子会社設立等）
◇各種、訴訟関連対応、その他
経営に関わる部分に近い為、グループ各社の社長や、HD社長、その他役員とのコミュニケーションが 非常に多いポジションです。 今後のグローバル展開を見据え、国内はもとより、海外関連の業務も増えていくものと思いますので、広い 範囲での業務を経験頂く事が可能です
【Duties & Responsibilities】
• In charge for Overseas Legal Matters
• Advise General Counsel on legal issues
• Work with Overseas Business Dept on contract drafting and legal advising
• Areas of law touch licensing, franchising, and employment
• Maintain current knowledge on law and legislation
• Identify risk and problem areas and develop legal solutions
• Assist with overseas legal compliance
• Advise on risk management and legal solutions for overseas subsidiaries
• Interest in legal tech and legal ops
