This role sits within a High-Touch Support team that focuses on proactive problem-solving and deep, customer-centric engagement. You will be part of a global, 24x7 support organization, providing dedicated technical support to strategic customers while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and reliability teams worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
•Own and manage customer technical issues through effective diagnosis, resolution, and the development of new investigation or troubleshooting tools.
•Build deep expertise in cloud products and underlying system architectures by reproducing issues, identifying root causes, and implementing scalable solutions.
•Serve as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders across engineering, sales, and customer-facing teams to resolve complex deployment and operational challenges.
•Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and site reliability teams to improve product quality, reliability, tooling, and documentation based on real customer feedback.
•Advocate for customer needs across cross-functional teams to ensure long-term customer success.
•Participate in a global support rotation to ensure 24-hour coverage, which may include non-standard hours and occasional weekend shifts.
