About the Role
A global cloud technology provider is seeking a Top Customer Solutions Engineer (High-Touch Support) to support its most strategic customers through proactive, customer-centric technical engagement.
The High-Touch Support team focuses on anticipating issues before they occur, strengthening customer trust, and enabling long-term growth and success in complex cloud environments. This role is designed for engineers who take ownership of critical customer challenges and actively contribute to improving customer experience, product adoption, and platform reliability.
You will be part of a global 24x7 support organization, delivering dedicated, high-touch technical support to large enterprise customers with mission-critical workloads. The role requires close collaboration with customers as well as internal product, engineering, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
•Partner with customers on production cloud deployments to ensure system readiness, availability, scalability, and operational excellence.
•Own and manage high-severity technical escalations, including platform incidents, service disruptions, and executive-level concerns.
•Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues through debugging, networking, system administration, and, when necessary, coding or scripting.
•Develop deep expertise in cloud products and underlying system architectures by reproducing issues, identifying root causes, and creating tools for faster diagnosis.
•Act as a trusted technical advisor and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders across engineering, sales, and customer-facing teams.
•Advocate for customer needs internally and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product, platform, and process improvements.
