役割：
•インテグリス米沢工場では、製造業務全体にわたる継続的改善イニシアチブを主導・支援する、高度なスキルと経験を持つシニアインダストリアルエンジニアを募集しています。

➢ 生産チーム、プロセスエンジニアリングチームなどの関連部門を支援し、歩留まり、生産能力、信頼性、品質、
生産性、エネルギー効率、コスト効率、生産価格の最適化に関する継続的改善活動を推進する。
➢ 膜、液体フィルター、ガスフィルター、射出成形部品、ディスペンスポンプを含むプロセスの安全で信頼性の高い効率的な運用を構築・維持するために、関連部門チームと連携する。
この役割では、以下のことが求められます。
• 生産性と効率性を向上させるためのプロセス改善イニシアチブを主導し、実施する。
• 工場組織全体における年間コスト削減活動を主導し、促進する。
• 生産データを分析し、ボトルネックを特定し、効果的な解決策を提案する。
• 工場レイアウトとワークフローを設計・最適化する。
• 作業手順を開発・標準化し、オペレーターへのトレーニングを提供する。
• 新設備導入時のプロセス設計と実装を支援する。
• 安全性、品質、コスト、納期（SQCD）に関するKPIを監視し、改善する。
• クロスファンクショナルチームと連携し、戦略的プロジェクトを推進する。
• 継続的改善チームの様々な活動やトレーニングを支援する。
• 製品管理チームおよび生産チームと連携し、生産能力計画を策定する。

• Entegris Yonezawa Plant is seeking Senior Industrial Engineer , Yonezawa Facility to join our
team.
• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Industrial Engineer to lead and support
continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate
will play a key role in
➢ Supporting related functions such as production team, Process Engineering team in driving
continuous improvement activities with respect to yield, capacity, reliability, quality,
productivity, energy, cost effectiveness and optimizing production pricesses.
➢ Working with related function teams to build and sustain safe, reliable and efficient operation
of the process involving membrane, Liquid filter, Gas filter, injection molding components,
Dispense Pump.
In this role you will:

• Lead and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Lead and facilitate annual cost saving activities across plant organization
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.
• Design and optimize factory layouts and workflows.
• Develop and standardize work procedures and provide training to operators.
• Support process design and implementation during the introduction of new equipment.
• Monitor and improve KPIs related to Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery (SQCD).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic projects.
• Support Continuous Improvement team on various activities and trainings
• Work with Product Management team and production team on capacity planning.
