・関連する機能チームと連携し、膜、液体フィルター、ガスフィルター、射出成形部品、ディスペンスポンプを含むプロセスの、安全かつ信頼性が高く効率的なオペレーションを構築・維持する。
業務内容：
•生産性と効率性を高めるため、工程改善の取り組みを主導し、実行する。
•工場組織全体における年次コスト削減活動を主導し、推進する。
•生産データを分析してボトルネックを特定し、効果的な解決策を提案する。
•工場のレイアウトと業務フローを設計・最適化する。
•作業手順を策定・標準化し、オペレーターへのトレーニングを実施する。
•新しい設備の導入に際し、プロセスの設計および導入を支援する。
•安全、品質、コスト、納期（SQCD）に関連するKPIを監視し、改善する。
•部門横断的なチームと連携し、戦略的なプロジェクトを推進する。
•継続的改善（CI）チームの様々な活動や研修を支援する。
•プロダクトマネジメント（PM）チームおよび製造チームと連携し、生産能力計画の策定を行う。

•Entegris Yonezawa Plant is seeking Process Engineer, Yonezawa Facility to join our team.
•We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Engineer to lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in
・Supporting related functions such as production team, Process Engineering team in driving continuous improvement activities with respect to yield, capacity, reliability, quality, productivity, energy, cost effectiveness and optimizing production processes.
・Working with related function teams to build and sustain safe, reliable and efficient operation of the process involving membrane, Liquid filter, Gas filter, injection molding components, Dispense Pump.
In this role you will:

•Lead and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
•Lead and facilitate annual cost saving activities across plant organization
•Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.
•Design and optimize factory layouts and workflows.
•Develop and standardize work procedures and provide training to operators.
•Support process design and implementation during the introduction of new equipment.
•Monitor and improve KPIs related to Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery (SQCD).
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic projects.
•Support Continuous Improvement team on various activities and trainings.
•Work with Product Management team and production team on capacity planning.
