Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Sales & Business Development Leader to drive growth and lead large-scale enterprise engagements in the SAP ecosystem. This role focuses on building strategic client relationships, shaping go-to-market strategies, and leading complex deal pursuits across Japan, in close collaboration with regional and global teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development Leadership
• Lead sales and business development initiatives for SAP-related services, including:
o SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, IBP, and Business Data Cloud (BDC)
• Build and manage relationships with C-level executives at medium to large enterprises (especially in manufacturing and consumer industries)
• Originate and develop large-scale opportunities in collaboration with regional and global stakeholders
• Design, manage, and maintain a mid- to long-term sales pipeline with clear visibility and governance

2. Strategic Proposals & Go-To-Market Execution
• Develop and lead strategic proposal planning, including deal shaping and value proposition design
• Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with regional/global SAP teams
• Leverage global best practices, success cases, and reusable assets for the Japanese market
• Support proposal strategy based on SAP licensing models and cloud commercial frameworks (e.g., RISE, CCFLEX)

3. Internal Collaboration & Capability Building
• Partner closely with consulting teams and external partners to co-create and deliver client solutions
• Contribute to industry-focused strategies, particularly in manufacturing and related sectors
• Strengthen internal alignment across sales, delivery, and alliance teams to enhance overall organizational capability
