Principal Accountabilities
- Analyze and study current needs and issues in planning recruiting strategies mainly for company’s retail business.
- Plan and implement recruiting strategies and operations for new graduates’ hiring.
- Design and promote various recruiting projects.
- Study and change current recruitment processes for further improvement and effectiveness.
- Build good relations with outsourcing vendors, agencies and temporary staff companies.
- Manage day-to-day recruiting operations.
- Plan and lead hiring of high-volume seasonal sales employees for retail stores.
- Develop and control recruiting budget.
- Support HQ recruiting affairs.
