1. Own the marketing strategy narrative: for Japan’s senior sales leadership, including the Country Managing Director, to define and align on multi-year sales-marketing goals that shape Japan’s business trajectory
2. Establish and lead the strategic planning mechanism: between marketing and sales organizations, creating frameworks that drive organizational alignment across teams you do not directly manage
3. Influence Japan’s go-to-market strategy: by synthesizing market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive dynamics into executive-level recommendations that shape investment decisions and resource allocation
Account Strategy & Business Impact
1. Architect org-level ABM strategy: for Japan’s Cross-Industry strategic accounts, translating complex account intelligence, market signals, and business priorities into integrated multi-year marketing strategies with measurable revenue impact
