【概要／Job Summary】
産業ガスプラントのEPCプロジェクトにて、安全、品質、スケジュール、および予算目標の達成を確実にするため、安全リスクを先回りしてに特定、分析、および軽減いただきます。
【主な業務内容／Key Responsibilities】
プロセス評価領域の専門家として、以下のプロセスリスク管理業務を行う。
・既存の操業・設備におけるプロセスリスク評価の年間計画の立案および実施（リスクマネージャーが策定したプログラムに基づく） 。
・プロセスリスク評価の実施、および選定したリスク低減策がエアリキードグループ基準に適していることの確認。
・現場での検証を通じた、導入済みリスク低減策の有効性評価。
・業務ツールや評価手法の継続的なブラッシュアップ。
・社員に対するプロセスセーフティの教育・指導および育成支援。
・グローバル部門へ提出するデータの集約・編集、および各センターとの連絡調整。
・社内専門コミュニティ（Community of Practice）への参加とナレッジ共有。

【Job Summary】
Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate safety risks within industrial gas plant EPC projects to ensure the successful achievement of safety, quality, schedule, and budgetary objectives.
【Key Responsibilities】
Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the process assessment domain, you will be responsible for the following process risk management duties:
・Develop and execute annual plans for process risk assessments of existing operations and installations, in alignment with the program established by the Risk Manager.
・Conduct process risk assessments and ensure that selected risk reduction measures comply with Air Liquide Group standards.
・Perform on-site reviews and verifications to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented risk reduction measures.
・Continuously improve and refine operational tools and assessment methodologies.
・Provide training, guidance, and development support to employees regarding process safety practices.
・Coordinate the compilation and consolidation of data to be reported to global functions, while liaising and collaborating with respective centers.
・Participate in internal Communities of Practice (CoP) to foster knowledge sharing.
