【概要／Job Summary】
産業ガスプラントのEPC事業を行う当社において、HSES（健康・安全・環境・セキュリティー）の徹底は事業成功の最重要基盤であり、私たちの企業価値そのものです。社内チームはもちろん、パートナー企業（サプライヤー、輸送・建設業者など）と一丸となり、業界トップクラスのHSESパフォーマンスを目指しています。
本ポジションは専任のHSESマネージャーとして、法規制やグローバル基準に沿った仕組みづくりから、現場のリスク管理、安全文化の醸成までを統括・牽引していただく重要な役割です。
【主な業務内容／Key Responsibilities】
・国内法規およびエア・リキードグループのIMS要求に準拠したHSES管理システムの維持・改善
・グローバル方針や事業目標に則したHSES目標の策定、および達成に向けた各種施策の策定・推進
・全社の安全意識および安全行動の質を高める仕組み・施策の立案と実行
・HSES担当者および従業員の知識・スキル向上に向けた各種教育・研修プログラムの提供
・職場やプラント建設現場における潜在的リスク（ハザード）の特定およびリスク低減対策の策定・運用
・国内外の出張時や現場作業時におけるセキュリティーリスクの管理と従業員の保護
・月例「安全衛生委員会」の主幹（パフォーマンス進捗確認、ニアミス・不休業災害等の分析、再発防止策・グッドプラクティスの共有および横展開）

【Job Summary】
At our company, leading EPC projects for industrial gas plants, ensuring Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSES) is the fundamental foundation of our business success and a core enterprise value. In close collaboration with internal teams and external partners (suppliers, logistics providers, construction contractors, etc.), we strive to achieve top-tier HSES performance across all operations.
As a dedicated HSES Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining compliance with regulations and global standards, mitigating operational risks, and driving a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
【Key Responsibilities】
・Implement and maintain the HSES management system complying with local laws and regulations as well as our IMS (Industrial Management System).
・Set E&C Japan HSES objectives and roadmap and ensure its achievement in line with our business strategy and global E&C initiatives
・Develop and organize HSES promoting program & training to continuously strengthen the competencies and further enhance our people’s safety mindset and behavior.
・Organize a monthly HSES committee with the management team to monitor the center’s HSES performance and communicate HSES related events for future mitigation and further improvement, capitalizing on lessons learned.
・Identify and reduce industrial risks and exposure to hazards of our employees and stakeholders in our workplaces and construction sites.
・Protect traveling employees and sites against security related risks and threats.
