【概要／Job Summary】
産業ガスプラント（ASU、窒素製造装置等）の建設プロジェクトにおいて、回転機器（コンプレッサー、タービン、ポンプ、チラー等）の設計、ベンダーコントロール、現地試運転、高圧ガス保安法対応まで、プロジェクト全般のエンジニアリング業務に従事いただきます。
【主な業務内容／Responsibilities】
‐コンプレッサーやポンプ等の仕様検証、TRS作成、技術入札評価（TBE）および機器選定
‐ ベンダーとの技術協議、提出書類のレビュー・承認、他学科（配管・電計等）との調整
‐ 工場での立会検査参加、および機械運転・性能試験結果の評価・検証
‐ 輸入設備に関わる高圧ガス保安法（HPGSL）の申請書類管理・法的対応
‐ 建設および現地試運転フェーズにおける技術サポート・トラブルシューティング
‐ 標準書類（TRS/IDS）の策定・更新、新規ベンダー・製品の認定活動、製品開発への参画

【Job Summary】
Execute end-to-end engineering tasks for rotating equipment (compressors, turbines, pumps, chillers, etc.) in industrial gas plant construction projects (ASU, nitrogen generation plants, etc.), spanning design, vendor management, site commissioning, and compliance with the High Pressure Gas Safety Act.
【Key Responsibilities】
‐ Review equipment specs, create TRS packages, evaluate technical bids (TBE), and select equipment for compressors, pumps, and other rotating machinery
‐ Lead technical clarifications with vendors, review and approve vendor documentation, and coordinate with related disciplines (Piping, E&I, etc.)
‐ Participate in shop inspection activities and evaluate mechanical run and performance test results
‐ Manage application documents and legal procedures for imported equipment under the High Pressure Gas Safety Act (HPGSL)
‐ Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the site construction and commissioning phases
‐ Develop and update standard documentation (TRS, IDS), participate in qualification activities for new vendors/products, and contribute to product development
