アカウンティングに関しては、メンバーが2名おりマネジメントを含め業務をお願いします。（会計事務所入っています）
また、APACへのレポート業務も主担当としてお任せいたします。

◆Key Responsibilities
・Leadership & People Management
Lead, coach, and develop the Finance Team to achieve organisational objectives.
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Support cross-functional teams by building financial capability across the business.
Due to Brink’s global Rewiring structure, the Finance Team has dual reporting lines:
to the overseas Regional Finance Leader and dotted line to the Country GM (Japan).
・Financial Planning & Analysis
Lead annual budget preparation, rolling forecasts, and financial planning cycles.
Partner with business units to provide meaningful insights, analysis, and scenario modelling.
Ensure accuracy and transparency of assumptions, risks, and opportunities in all forecasts.
Deliver scenario modelling for large-scale projects (e.g. High Capex Usage Plan etc.).
Provide strategic advice to the CFO and Executive Team to support growth and operational excellence.
・Financial Reporting & Compliance
Oversee preparation and review of statutory accounts, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.
Ensure full compliance with J-GAAP accounting standards, US GAAP, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
Manage internal and external audits, maintaining robust financial controls.
Drive process improvements in month-end close, reporting accuracy, and system efficiency.
・Business Partnering & Organisational Improvement
Collaborate with senior leaders across Secure Logistics (international & domestic), Cash Services, and new business lines.
Provide financial leadership on tenders, acquisitions, and strategic projects.
Deliver financial insights that support pricing strategies, contract management, and investment decisions.
Actively contribute to innovation, efficiency, and transformation initiatives.
・Risk Management & Insurance
Oversee financial risk management, including cash flow, liquidity, and capital planning.
Manage insurance portfolios in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external brokers.
Ensure assets, people, and operations are adequately protected.
・Governance & Company Secretary Duties
Ensure timely completion of Japan tax and statutory obligations.
Manage governance documentation and support Board reporting as required.
Oversee compliance with company secretarial responsibilities in consultation with the CFO.
