【職務内容】
顧客の希望納期に合わせて、生産・出荷計画を確実に遂行することを担当します。
また、製品在庫や納品スケジュールをモニタリングし、高い納期遵守率（OTD: On Time Delivery）と顧客サービスレベルを維持します。
This position will be responsible to ensure the execution of the production/delivery planning schedule in alignment with customer due dates. Monitor availability of goods or delivery schedule to maintain desired on-time delivery (OTD) and customer service levels.
【職務内容詳細】
・顧客要求を満たすための生産計画および出荷計画を作成
・納品スケジュールを適時に提供
・必要に応じて顧客からのエスカレーション案件の対応
・OTD（納期遵守率）や売上などの主要業績指標（KPI）を監視・管理
・売上目標達成および顧客要求充足のため、他部門および3PL倉庫（外部物流業者）と連携
・担当エリアの月次売上予測を作成
・顧客およびサプライヤーのパフォーマンスを継続的にモニタリングし、潜在的な問題に先手を打った対応
・品質・安全・環境マネジメントシステムの要求事項が、全ての業務プロセスに適切に組み込まれ、
必要なリソースが確保されていることの維持
•Create production/delivery schedules to fulfill customer needs.
•Ensure timely provision of the delivery schedule.
•Address customer escalations as needed.
•Monitor and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTD and sales.
•Collaborate with different departments and 3PL warehouse to achieve sales goals and meet customer requirements.
•Project monthly sales for areas under responsibility.
•Monitor customer / supplier performance on a timely manner to proactively address potential issues.
•Ensure quality, safety, environment management system requirements and resources are fully integrated and available within all business processes.
