Accounting & Control Managerとしてご活躍いただきます。（日本ではマネージャーが最高位となります）
アカウンティングに関しては、メンバーが2名おりマネジメントを含め業務をお願いします。（会計事務所入っています）
また、APACへのレポート業務も主担当としてお任せいたします。
◆Key Responsibilities
・ PreparaƟon of monthly financial reports covering balance sheet, profit and loss, internal management reports, and analyƟcs.
・ Managing the general ledger, including monthly balance sheet, banking, and inter company reconciliaƟons.
・ Reviewing monthly accruals, journal entries, fixed assets register, and depreciaƟon schedules.
・ AssisƟng in the preparaƟon of Corporate Income Tax returns and statutory financial statements.
・ AssisƟng the budgeƟng and forecasƟng process in coordinaƟon with business units.
・ Ensuring adherence to accounƟng policies and applicable standards (including US GAAP and SOX compliance).
・ Training and mentoring junior finance staff to build team capability and succession.
・ Liaising with external and internal auditors, bank managers, and tax specialists as needed.
・ Driving process improvements and system enhancements across the finance funcƟon.
・ ProacƟvely idenƟfying iniƟaƟves that enhance financial accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
