その中において、ウェルス・マネジメントITプロダクションサービスエンジニアは、各システムの開発スケジュールと並走し、円滑な稼働環境の構築や運用管理に注力します。
そのために、運用の自動化を目的としたツール活用も積極的に推進しています。
野村證券のシステム本番環境を常にStableな状態に保ち、ビジネス活動が円滑に進むよう、各システム担当者と適宜適切に連携し障害の予防、障害発生時の早期復旧のために活動します。
The Wealth Management IT department plays a crucial role in bridging business and technology by planning and developing systems and business processes for the sales department.
It works closely with the business team to contribute to the expansion of sales and overall business growth. Wealth Management IT Production Service Engineers work in accordance with the development schedules of each system, focusing on building a smooth operational environment and managing operations.
To achieve this, they actively promote the use of tools aimed at automating operations.
They strive to keep the production environment of Nomura Securities in a stable state at all times, collaborating appropriately and in a timely manner with each system owner to prevent incident and to ensure prompt recovery in the event of any incident, thus facilitating smooth business activities.
