Initial payable fee at outset of search, remainder of fee at successful placement. Retained services can be either a fixed fee agreement or percentage fee structure. This is a useful model if your employee requirement is niche skillset, Executive or strategic hire; and you require a dedicated consultant and to control recruitment costs.

We introduced the candidate to the position of IT general manager at a global Japanese IT company.
As the candidate was in the final selection process for another job offer, the key was to speed up the selection process at the IT company. We enhanced communication and cooperation with the HR division and other relevant divisions of the IT company. By arranging multiple interviews on the same day, coupled with on-site follow-up meetings, we helped let the candidate and the company get to know each other well in a short period of time. As a result, the selection was completed at an unusual fast pace for a senior position, and the candidate was hired by the company.
