For Global ITSM Transition Project:
- Establish good coordination and communication with customer, onsite and offshore teams
- Handle production support Level 2 activities (service requests, incidents, problems, change requests, etc.) within given Service Level Agreements
- Liaison with Customer SME and provide design solution for Incidents/Problems and Change Requests related to ETL/DataStage, Oralce and Java
- Actively contribute towards various Transformation Initiatives (Service Level Improvements, Productivity Optimization, Automation, etc.) to achieve the project goals
- Ready to work in shifts and weekends as required to extend the support for Application Maitenance or Production Support activities
