外資系アパレル企業でのオペレーションスペシャリストポジションとなります。
【具体的には】
ペイロール、入退社関連(実務は社労士にアウトソース)が中心となります。
その他、C&B業務、人員・人件費:コスト関連の管理なども含まれます。
ペイロールを中心に幅広く対応されていた方にマッチするポジションとなります。
日常的に店舗従業員からオフィス管理職まで、勤怠や保険、税金に関する問い合わせの多いポジションのため、
人事労務の知識のない方に分かりやすく説明できるコミュニケーション力が必要となります。
リモート勤務:
週2日導入中。コロナ対策の為、変動はあります。
1.Compensation & Benefits
Manage compensation & benefits process and procedure (MBO, sales incentive, annual and monthly report)
Support the annual cycle of appraisals, salary review, bonus payments and prepare the related reporting.
Participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salaries.
2.Payroll management (Outsourced)
Coordinate regular and temporary employee payroll working closely with payroll provider. Administer the sales incentive system for store staff.
Manage/Monitor attendance system.
Maintain all personnel files.
Monitoring the payroll accounting procedure in order to guarantee the balance between Finance system and HR reporting.
Conduct the effective mapping in HR and Finance budgeting system to make an analysis of actual salary data.
3.Labor cost and headcount planning and control
Support for personnel cost and headcount budgeting, forecasting and monthly controlling.
Headcount, FTE and cost reporting to Headquarter, including cost variance and trend analysis.
4.Human Resources Information Systems
Operate HRIS (SAP HR and HR Budgeting Planning system) at local level communicating with HR Director Japan & Head Quarter.
Maintain the data in SAP HR and HR Budgeting Planning system.
5.HR Policies and procedures
Work with HR Director and HRBP to implement human resources policies and programs, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
Identify gaps in existing HR policies; contribute to development and implementation of new / revised, locally relevant HR policies and procedures.
6.Other related Administration
Contact with “Health Insurance Association” (Medical Checkup, Influenza, other activities.)
