Job Description
As R&D Controller you are in charge of all aspects regarding analyzing, tracking and controlling R&D costs. You contribute to the success of a globally operating segment by increasing transparency, highlighting unwanted trends and offer proactive supports and ideas to achieve the defined targets.
Controlling: Full
・Controlling of global R&D-projects, -cost, -headcounts and -investments of the Segment Japan/Korea.
・Consolidation, preparation and reporting of acuals, forecasts and budgets for the global R&D activities of the segment.
・Preparing forecasts and budgets as well as leading the segment's month end closing process for the location Yokohama.
Risk Management : Full
Evaluating and highlighting risks (deviations from targets), as well as aligning, documenting and tracking counter measures.
Continuous Improvement / CBS：Full
Defining, developing and implementing methods and procedures in area of responsiblity to increase efficiency and compliance to Continental's House of Rules.
Budget & Forecast, MEC：Support
Support Segment controlling in Budgeting and Forecasting activities as well as Month End Closing.
Others :
Support BU and Segment Controlling with ad-hoc analysis
