Mission:
-SIOP / Capacity Management: Monitoring & consolidation of SIOP key figures at PG level to perform global capacity analysis and detect potential risks; performing arbitration and allocation between sites if any;
-Project Management: Coordination of Supply Chain activities on PG multi-sites new projects ;
-Industrial Performance: Challenging industrial & supply chain objectives (budget) leading to maximizing service level (CSR), minimizing logistics costs (premium freights) and reducing inventories; Monitoring Sites Performance (KPIs) and performing PG consolidation; Tracking the PG logistics red alerts and supporting sites during crisis;
-Standards Deployment: Contributing to the V5000-VPS progress at PG level; Working together with Region Supply Chain & Logistics and Production Engineering & Production System teams to insure coherence between Group, Region and PG priorities; support the focus sites action plan if any;
-Productivities and Continuous Improvement: Sharing -30 Plan reservoir and actions, LLCs, specific standards, and good practices generating synergies and productivities within PG;

- 規格の展開。PGレベルでのV5000-VPSの進捗に貢献する。地域のサプライチェーン＆ロジスティクス、生産エンジニアリング＆生産システムチームと協力し、グループ、地域、PGの優先事項の一貫性を確保する。
- 生産性の向上と継続的な改善。生産性と継続的な改善：PG内でシナジー効果と生産性を生み出す30計画の貯金とアクション、LLC、特定の基準、およびグッドプラクティスの共有。
Responsibilities: レスポンシビリティ：
o SIOP / Capacity Management:
・Monitor & consolidate the SIOP key figures at PG level to perform global capacity analysis and detect potential risks;
・Maintain an efficient capacity detection / management tool for the PG level (e.g Critical Capacity Tool);
・Conduct regular reviews with site team on capacity analysis and SIOP/MPS industrial inputs/outputs reliability (demand, demonstrated capacity, TRP, actions)
・Escalate any risk to the PG Industrial, launch follow-up activity to avoid customers crisis and/or premium freight; perform arbitration and allocation between sites if any;
o SIOP/キャパシティマネジメント
・SIOPの主要数値をPGレベルで監視・統合し、グローバルなキャパシティ分析を行い、潜在的なリスクを検出する。
・PGレベルでの効率的なキャパシティ検出・管理ツール（例：Critical Capacity Tool）を維持する。
・キャパシティ分析およびSIOP/MPS産業界の入出力の信頼性（需要、実証キャパシティ、TRP、アクション）について、現場チームとの定期的なレビューを実施する。
・PGインダストリアルに対するあらゆるリスクを評価し、顧客の危機やプレミアム運賃を回避するためのフォローアップ活動を開始し、必要に応じてサイト間の仲裁や配分を行う。
o Project Management:
・Coordinate the supply chain activities performed by SC PTM on Product Group multi-sites new projects or transfers: Follow-up the key project activities and check standards and tools implementation during new investments;
・Check LLCs integrated in Logistics FMEA & Process FMEA during project phase;
o プロジェクト管理。
・製品グループのマルチサイトの新規プロジェクトや移管において、SC PTMが行うサプライチェーン活動の調整を行う。新規投資の際、主要なプロジェクト活動をフォローし、基準やツールの実装をチェックする。
・プロジェクトの段階で、ロジスティクスFMEAとプロセスFMEAに統合されたLLCをチェックする。
o Industrial Performance:
・Define PG supply chain objectives (budget) in line with Group Supply Chain priorities;
・Check consistency of site supply chain budget (Net inventory over Sales, CSR,) with PG supply chain objectives;
・Monitor Sites Performance (KPIs) and perform PG consolidation; Detect deviations and propose actions to recover the objectives;
・Track the PG logistics red alerts and support sites during crisis;
o インダストリアル・パフォーマンス
・グループサプライチェーンの優先事項に沿って、PGのサプライチェーン目標（予算）を定義する。
・サイトのサプライチェーン予算（売上高に対する純在庫、CSR）とPGのサプライチェーン目標の整合性を確認する。
・サイトのパフォーマンス（KPI）をモニタリングし、PGコンソリデーションを実施する。
・PG物流のレッドアラートを追跡し、危機に際してサイトをサポートする。
o Standards Deployment:
・Contribute to the V5000 PS progress at PG level;
・Work together with Supply Chain and Production Engineering Production System teams to insure coherence between Group, Region and PG priorities;
