【CONTEXT】
Role /Responsibilities
● Act as the contact / liaison between Business and IT in Japan for SAP category in
general. (SAP HANA, Ariba, Concur)
● Understand the business needs from multiple business entities and initiate to deliver
the solution.
● Collaborate with global teams to seek better business cases /solutions.
● Lead small /middle size of projects, ex. SAP template deployment to new business
entities.
● Provide SAP support in maintenance and operation with managing the contractors to
meet SLA
● Be a key member of ERP projects in general to support various type of business
needs
● Work in an international environment to connect with Paris HQ and vendors in foreign countries.
We are running 3 SAP related projects in parallel, which are SAP HANA migration, SAP Concur implementation and SAP Ariba implementation project. These projects would go live at Jan 2023.
From IS&T, 2 men month resources are dedicated to these projects, and would not be enough to run this type of big projects. Therefore, we are looking for a new person who can contribute to project success as well as system support to run the business. Also, considering IS&T SAP team future capability, we need a potential future successor of the Team leader role.
