Mission:
- Coordination of each site quality in order to set up and maintain customer quality satisfaction
- Customer claim control as face to customer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to control customer claim of Valeo products
- Organize Quality concerns sharing to the site quality
- Ensure readiness to sorting action for customer claim
- Quick response to site quality for quality issue
- Prepare the Quality report submission to the customer, report submit to the customer
- Train people on sort action at Genba
- Ensure Internal Procedure/Policy are in line with Customer and Automotive industry requirement
- Monitor the customer claim trend
- Perform Quality reporting (Reliability, coherence, transparency)
- Support of the site quality improvement
- Support of the project quality
