①Master Production Scheduling
Coordinating weekly production workflow;
Scheduling and prioritizing operations to ensure production’ synchronization;
Produce reports based on findings and performance of production;
②Procurement Planning
Improving material supply flow through a solid supply base;
Implementation of lean procurement and inventory management strategies (VMI);
Evaluate suppliers and quality, timeliness and match according to goals;
③Warehouse and Internal Logistics
Be responsible for the stock and internal handling flow;
Implement Warehouse quality activities to secure less damages and accuracy of
inventory; Analyze workload to secure daily volume handling and meet weekly fluctuation needs
④Supply Chain Project Management
Implement 5S and others, Production Synchronization
