1. Build a thorough understanding of all core functions of the organization and apply that knowledge to effectively manage strategic and tactical initiatives in line with the vision of the company.
2. To support Chief Medical Officer, as well as Chief Scientific Officer in collaboration with CMO, to oversight all pipeline business execution per the plan approved by Management Committee or Board meeting.
3. To support pipeline business execution of Project Development Plan led by Business Unit Heads, particularly not business unit based operational activities at clinical development and post-marketing phase, such as safety management and data management.
Develop a strategic plan to build and strengthen medical team in line with the CMO.
Develop a subsequent communication and implementation plan.
Ensure this plan is monitored through the establishment of goals, objectives and timelines.
4. Any other pipeline business operation support such as maintenance of common process across BUs, which may include any regulatory or non-clinical related.
5. Proactive identification of issues that could impact the successful execution of business objectives; elevate issues about which the CMO should be aware and frame/position ideas to resolve the problem/mitigate the risk.
6. May lead/join any corporate-wide task to meet company’s vision-mission-purpose.
