Job Description
The Finance and Administration Manager, Japan is responsible to oversee the financial management, reports, and budget planning activities for Japan office. He/she is also responsible for the day-to-day running of administrative and human resources matters
Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the accounting function including financial and budgetary controls,
reports and analysis, costing and cash flow management.
· Prepare and post financial statement, taxable profit calculation report to submit tax office.
· Monitor daily accounting routine works and meet all reporting deadlines.
· Liaise with external auditors for all statutory audited accounts and management reports.
· Deal with auditors for tax and accounting issues
· Prepare monthly reports, financial review, quarterly forecast, and annual budget for management.
· Review and enhance the administration policies and procedures.
· Handle all human resources record update in the system, orientation, payroll, health
and labor insurance and retirement fund.
· Handle administrative tasks for general affairs.
