◆Mission Statement:
Achieve sales and profitability targets of both retail and wholesale business, ensuring coherent and excellent customers management and development.
Improving relationship with department stores as well as motivating, developing and improving relationship with key accounts.
Build and upgrade the retail network proposing new openings, closings, retail perimeter evolution according to commercial strategies in line with profitability and communication.
・Management of the relationship and development of partnerships with key accounts.
Develop and maintain superior relationships with key customers
Implement training program for the employees of the customers
・Define and Execution of annual strategic plan within Retail area.
Provide a medium to long-term vision for retail organization including shop opening/relocation/closing.
Define and execute annual sales plan.
Prepare budgets, financial and marketing analysis and other related reports.
Manage sales expenses and capital spending within the budget.
Ensure all operation procedures are properly established and implemented.
Facilitate all department coordination with shops as needed (marketing, customer service & logistics, HR, IT etc.)
Lead to development of relationships and partnerships with department stores.
Supervise Retail Manager and several Boutique Mangers.
Analyze the market including the competitors’ information and prepare sales report..
・Management of boutique staff
Provide overall direction of boutique operation in order to improve boutique productivity and to secure luxury qualitative environment.
・Execution of strategic plans within wholesale field.
Maintain wholesale business network in line with the strategies of the brand
Execute sales plan within the field
Manage sales expenses within the budget
Analyze the market including the competitors’ information and prepare periodical sales report.
