We are looking for life sciences industry expert who will be working as a bridge (on behalf of our Medical Affairs team) between clinical research sites and pharmaceutical companies (sponsors) to ensure we are able to
• Drive adoption of products/platforms (offered by Our Life Sciences business) at key medical centers, research sites and research organizations in Japan.
• Facilitate registrations and support onboarding of sites. Managing progress by tracking site registrations and query resolutions.
• Establishing regular lines of communication with research site staff and coordinate product webinar / workshop to the assigned sites
• Develop relationship with influential healthcare providers (HCPs), key opinion leaders (KOLs) and various stakeholders who are on the forefront of their relative departments / sites
• Support development of white papers / posters independently or in collaboration with industry KOLs
• Represent the company in industry events / conferences and engage thought leaders during conferences
providing product information, technology trends and research.
• Work as liaison with Product team sharing site feedback and validating site-facing product features / enhancements
• Evaluating the quality and integrity of site practices – escalating quality issues as appropriate
